Kayak route with accompanying guide
We will leave from Riu a l'Ebre by vehicle to go to the Migjorn Migjorn where we begin our journey by kayak.
The Migjorn River which also gives its name to the beach, borders the Buda island, one of the wildest and inaccessible areas of the Delta. Throughout the walk we can enjoy the magnificent vegetation that can be seen on the banks of the river: reed, canes, eucalyptus etc., which provide fresh and wonderful sights.
We'll kayak next to an old “boat passage” known as “Barcaza de Buda” which was formerly used during the winter to access the island, as its usual entrance located at the beach becomes temporarily unavailable.
We arrive to the Ebro, gently lowering nearing its end, it's a place where the nature is heard, smelled, and felt.
We return through the same stretch enjoying the peace and silence of this unique space.
This route is suitable for all ages.
